Program Design
Health Program "Soha Wellness" (2018–ongoing)
“Soha Wellness” is an integrative health literacy initiative designed to improve community wellbeing and empower individuals with essential health knowledge, particularly in corporate wellness and women’s health. By collaborating with organizations and community groups across the Arab world, this program has positively impacted over 10,000 individuals, promoting proactive and preventative health practices.
MoneySmart Program (2017–ongoing)
Building financial resilience across diverse segments, “MoneySmart” is a flagship financial literacy program designed for teens, youth, families, women, and business owners. Segment-specific strategies and immersive experiences empower participants to make informed financial decisions. To date, “MoneySmart“ has directly reached over 6,200 community members, advancing financial literacy and inclusion in the Arab world.
National Career Fair (2010)
Commissioned by the Lebanese Ministry of Education, this nationwide initiative was designed to inspire and guide future professionals. The National Career Fair toured four regions, reaching 30,000 high school students who explored 12 career paths through direct peer and expert engagement. The event promoted informed career decisions and aligned students’ aspirations with realistic pathways.
World Days Celebration (2010)
In collaboration with the Lebanese Ministry of Education, this nationwide literacy initiative united 110,000 students in simultaneous activities across public schools at three key times during the year, celebrating Global Days for Water, Earth, and Family. Through the distribution of 350,000 storybooks and the establishment of sustainable school clubs, the program fostered a lasting culture of reading and environmental awareness.
Program Management
National Literacy Day Conference (2019)
Orchestrated a high-impact National Literacy Day conference using agile management practices, bringing together over 750 literacy experts and public education representatives. The event fostered cross-sector collaboration and knowledge-sharing to drive literacy initiatives nationwide through diverse sessions, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities.
Learning DYSabilities Day "10.10.DYS" (2015-ongoing)
Managed an impactful awareness campaign in collaboration with a local NGO, designating October 10 each year as the Learning DYSabilities Day, 10.10.DYS. The first edition directly reached over 50,000 students, parents, educators, and therapists while indirectly impacting more than 500,000 individuals. With yearly themes to reflect the latest insights on specific learning disabilities, the initiative has sustained national recognition and engagement, advocating for early diagnosis and interventions.
22nd Harm Reduction Intl Conference (2011)
In collaboration with the International Harm Reduction Association, we managed a complex 5-day conference hosting 800 delegates from 70 countries. Oversaw the facilitation of over 18 major sessions, 30 concurrent sessions, a film festival, satellite meetings, exhibition, and dialogue space, using storytelling to inspire advocacy and advance harm reduction efforts worldwide.
Local Development (2008)
In partnership with European Municipal Councils, we extended technical support to Lebanese municipal-led initiatives, establishing six sustainable regional development offices. These offices drove community-based projects in eco-tourism, cultural festivals, and entrepreneurship, addressing socio-economic needs and fostering cross-sector collaboration for sustainable local growth.
CSR Strategy
MoneySmart Talks at Schools (2022-ongoing)
In collaboration with banks, we drive CSR efforts to advance financial literacy among teens by mobilizing banks’ experts for engaging, interactive financial dialogues in schools. Through activity centers and real-life financial discussions, “MoneySmart Talks“ has reached over 1,800 students and 150 educators, equipping young people with practical money management skills to support their journey toward financial independence.
Volunteer Wellness (2020-2021)
As a disaster response, we developed a transformative virtual wellness program for relief volunteers, prioritizing mental health and resilience. Through coaching and empowerment sessions, this initiative equipped volunteers with the tools to manage emotional challenges while enhancing their capacity to provide crucial community support.
Family2Family Giving Circles (2020-2021)
An incremental and scalable model, “Family2Family Giving Circles,” mobilized 50 global circles to deliver direct cash transfers to 50 families impacted by economic hardships. This initiative fostered global solidarity by providing non-restricted financial aid, ensuring trust in giving and dignity in receiving while enabling immediate relief for affected families through transparent, impactful giving.
You Are Stronger Initiative (2015-ongoing)
An impactful CSR initiative that fosters a positive, empowering approach to breast cancer by supporting women beyond diagnosis. “You Are Stronger“ encourages women to replace fears with proactive choices, offering access to complementary therapies that ease side effects and aid in managing recurrence. With a reach of over 5,350 women, the initiative strengthens community bonds, builds emotional resilience, and equips participants with vital resources to navigate their journey with confidence and care.
Impact Assessment
Impact vs. Profitability Assessment (2014-ongoing)
Led comprehensive evaluations of multiple interventions to assess social impact and financial viability. These insights empowered our clients to identify high-impact, high-return activities, directing strategic choices around resource allocation, cost management, and the scaling of successful programs. This assessment approach maximized social value while ensuring efficient and sustainable use of resources.
Impact Measurement Framework for the National Cultural Tournament (2024)
Developed a comprehensive Impact Measurement Framework for Saudi Arabia’s Cultural Talents Tournament, a national program by the Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Education engaging over 400,000 young participants in creative disciplines. Rooted in a Theory of Change, the framework outlines Impact Areas, KPIs, and Metrics, and a methodology for data collection and reporting, aligning with strategic goals to enhance talents and foster national engagement with arts.
MoneySmart Financial Literacy Program Pilot (2017)
Conducted an SROI analysis on the “MoneySmart” pilot, which demonstrated an impressive return of $2.96 for every $1 invested. Originally launched with 200 participants, the program has since scaled to over 3,000 youth, impacting financial literacy and decision-making skills across the Arab world.
SROI (Social Return on Investment) Workshop (2016)
Hosted a high-level SROI certification workshop, engaging 20 regional experts from community-based programs in practical training. This workshop empowered participants with advanced tools to measure and articulate social impact, enhancing their capacity to drive sustainable change and deliver greater value within their communities.
Social Franchise & Scaling Programs
Financial Academy (2021-ongoing)
Launched a sustainable Financial Academy for a reputable Jordanian bank that became self-led, providing targeted training for over 50 financial experts. This social franchise initiative leverages interactive modules for youth and professionals alike, enhancing financial literacy and professional skills across demographics and establishing a dynamic, self-sustaining educational model within the bank.
MoneySmart Program Scaling (2018-ongoing)
For a start-up meditation app, we replicated our 6-month signature corporate wellness that integrates a series of tea talks and workshops to foster employee wellbeing and increase app engagement. This franchise model reached over 250 participants directly and 1,000 participants indirectly, achieving a 40% improvement in reported lifestyle quality and mindfulness practices—a sustainable, replicable approach designed for the Arab world.
Forest for Life National Project (2008-2009)
Transformed a localized puppet show into a nationwide environmental awareness program, “Forest for Life”, incorporating edutainment elements like card games and thematic songs to promote forest protection. This scaled initiative reached over 25,000 students through performances in schools and libraries across Lebanon, embedding environmental stewardship through accessible, engaging formats.
Water for Life National Project (2007-2008)
Expanded an awareness campaign on water conservation through interactive puppet shows and educational games, reaching over 12,000 students in Lebanon, Qatar, and UAE. This initiative exemplifies the scalability of edutainment approaches for environmental education, promoting sustainable water practices through relatable, impactful experiences across diverse cultural contexts.
Health & Wealth Strategy
Comprehensive Workplace Wellness Strategy (2018-ongoing)
Designed multiple holistic workplace wellness strategy to enhance employee well-being and foster a culture of care, increasing productivity and decreasing absenteeism. This approach enhanced the physical, mental and financial wellbeing of over 20,000 employees, and strengthened corporate image, supported employee loyalty, and positioned our client companies as employers of choice, committed to long-term employee health and satisfaction.
Health & Wealth E-Talks for Community Resilience (2021)
Launched a virtual Health & Wealth E-Talks series during COVID, which kept communities connected through “Wellness Wednesdays“ and “Financial Fridays“ sessions, offering practical wellness and financial management advice. This initiative reached over 1,200 individuals in the region, promoting sustained wellbeing and resilience during challenging times.
Post-COVID Reconnection and Team Building (2020-2022)
Developed a post-COVID strategy specifically focused on re-establishing team connections among employees who had worked remotely, incorporating wellness practices to support mental wellbeing and healthy habits. This initiative fostered a sense of unity and boosted morale, helping teams to readapt smoothly to in-person and hybrid work environments.
Community of Wellness Experts (2018-ongoing)
Built a high-impact network of sustainable partnerships with over 100 internationally certified coaches and specialized wellness experts, driving culturally relevant and results-oriented wellness programs across regions. This collaborative network supports the continuous delivery of transformative, culturally sensitive wellness initiatives that resonate deeply and deliver measurable value.
